Exploring Emptiness Workshop
Sunday, February 19, 2017 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Fear of emptiness (also know as the Void) keeps many of our strategies, defenses and distractions in place. Foundational to inner psycho-spiritual growth work is stretching our capacity to enter into our depths and see what lies beyond our habitual stories.
Using film-watching, art therapy and exercises we will explore our reticence to let go of our familiar sense of self.
